We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' written notice to existing clients. Late payment may result in service suspension and additional charges as specified in your service agreement.

Service Availability and Performance

While we strive to maintain high service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and unforeseen technical issues may occasionally affect service availability.

We aim to provide accurate analytics and reporting, but we cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all data, particularly where such data depends on third-party integrations or client-provided information.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, qualitavyk Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our website or services.
